Oklahoma passed HJR 1003 that, according to the 10th Amendment of the United States, affirms the states' right to sovereignty. We,the people of the State of Oklahoma, hereby declare that our federal taxes are being misused by a president who has no concern for the United States, and has done nothing to balance the budget, but instead, has run a muck with tax payers dollars for his own personal use.
