No More Adobe Connect
Our remote sessions with Carey Business School professors are very important to the EMBA students. The content being taught is interesting and valuable - as such we don't want to miss it. However the experience has been consistently poor to terrible due to technology issues that often take up to 25 or 30 minutes to resolve and sometimes persist during the entire session. We know from experience that there are many teleconferencing options available in the market today and Adobe connect is capable but complex. In any case the solution (Adobe Connect) is a consistent impedance to our learning process. We are requesting, Carey Business School provides one of the following solutions: a) Simpler software to make it easier on the professors to set up the meeting b) Demand better support from Adobe c) Provide better training to the professors - ALL of whom have struggled with the adobe connect sessions.
