We, the undersigned/residents of the townhouse units of Riverdale Cooperative Houses, at 1363 Queen St. E., are petitioning to stop the dangerous and excessive traffic flow through our co-op parking lot and laneway. This has become especially problematic with the recent addition of a 'No Left Turn' sign at Queen St. E. & Knox Ave., as well as traffic detours related to the large TTC construction project on Queen St. E. from Greenwood Ave. to Coxwell Ave. As such, we are requesting a 'No Left Turn' sign be installed at the entrance to the co-op on the south/east corner of Queen St. E. and Greenwood Ave. for traffic travelling westbound on Queen St. E. This entrance is shared by a TTC transmission station, therefore, TTC vehicles may have to be exempt. Alternately, they could access the TTC station from Knox Ave.
