We the undersigned legal residents of Texas hereby petition the State of Texas to insure that the US Government shall NOT be allowed to establish or administrate a health care exchange in Texas as stipulated in the Affordable Care Act.  We also call upon the State of Texas to use any and all peaceful means necessary to prevent this intrusion upon our constitutional rights.
