Hi I'm writing this petition because of the high volume of gypsy cab driver's that are taking up parking spaces in front of my apartment building. Every day for the past 8 years this has been a problem, they sit in front of my apartment building every single day and night. Sometimes they sit out there over night just to get a fare. I think it is very inconsiderate of them to do what they are doing. All that space that they are occupying could be used for the apartment build residences. The signs that sit on the street where the gypsy cab drivers are taking up space used to say 2 hour parking, and now they have been changed to 15 minute parking and they are still allowed to park there without even being told to move some where else by the City of Boston's parking Division, or Boston Police Department. It is absolutely absurd that they get to just sit out there,and just play loud music and sit there all day every day. This has gone on for the past 8 years and as a resident of this apartment building it is appalling to not have a place to park my car because of this unfortunate matter with these gypsy cab driver's. They make a lot of noise and argue over who was first in line or who saw a fare first and may one day cause a serious altercation that does not need to happen. So I'm asking that you sign this petition to have them removed and make a living some where else. Thank You
