Columbia, Missourians expressed support in 2004 for local Renewable Energy with 78% of the vote—we want Renewable Energy and support a Peoples’ request for policies that will allow all of us to create renewable energy here at home, keeping energy dollars in our own pockets and stimulating our own local economy.

We DO NOT SUPPORT FRACING, required technology to support presently low Natural Gas prices, at a tremendous cost never factored into industry pricing.
