Football is Americas sport, and while we all love it, having a game right before Christmas may seem nice for all those that can watch. But have you ever sat back and realized that you are making it hard if not impossible for the people who have to work to go see family for Christmas? A football game on Sunday (like this year for example), two days before Christmas, makes it very, very hard for the people to travel right after a game to get to family. People may have to drive hours or days to see family, and while they have the days after the game off and most likely a day before, the football game keeps them home, unable to leave early to go spend time with their families. This is very unfair for those who want to travel to go see family. Hopefully if we can get enough signatures the NFL will rethink scheduling games so that the people who work the game, NOT JUST THE FOOTBALL PLAYERS, all those who work the stands, can have time to go see family.
