No Existing Wiretap Law in VT
Currently in the state of Vermont, there is no law to protect personal privacy. Anyone can listen to your phone calls, read your text messages and emails at any time, for any reason. And the law allows this. Currently in Windham and Windsor Counties there are a number of white supremacists who ascribe to the Ku Klux Klan. One such who call themselves "Da White Boy Gang". They walk about the towns of Bellows Falls and Springfield, VT dealing cocaine and whatever else, completely under the protection of one Ian Nathaniel Gallup, Ronald Charles Lake (BF cops and Windham County Klan members) and Donald Robert Garrow (fired from Springfield PD in 2002 for fear of a devastating lawsuit that would sack the entire department and force the Windsor Sheriffs Dept. to take on a new workload. As of 2010, Garrow is now employed by Windsor County Sheriff Dept and actively promoting race hatred while hiding behind the union). I am still chasing down others who know about these people, and still suffering hate crimes at their hands. My business PC has been hacked and I am being monitored every day. My equipment is either stolen or vandalized and the local police. the state police and Windham Sherriff Dept. turn a blind eye. Rest assured that I am not the only victim. There are several other Black and Hispanic people living here who are currently being terrorized and intimidated into silence or leaving town. Thus, I ask you. The American public to stand with us and pressure the State of Vermont to adopt and enforce a wiretapping statute. Thank you for your support. New Hampshire has (and enforces) wiretapping laws. Vermont doesn't.
