Stop the approval of zoning change in 994091 Mono-Adjala Townline!! Hockley Valley residents do NOT want a Narconon, Scientology Drug Rehab Facility in the community. Narconon are banned in Quebec & British Columbia for a reason - because their facilities are unsafe and not regulated.
