We are parents, family and friends of disabled children within Surrey. We understand that the following proposed cuts:-  

 If you apply these cuts directly, this will have a severe and direct impact on your responsibility to provide short break services like those of Aiming High for Disabled Children's and reduce your capacity to provide funding for any playschemes, holiday schemes, short breaks and opportunities for our young people to have their voices heard - all of which are essential to the development, education and social needs of our disabled children, young people and their families.

We strongly believe that our disabled children and young people have a right (The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child) to have their voices, opinions and needs both heard and recognised.
