Name: Willie Tonery on Nov 6, 2012Comments: In support of beach access in Galway. I live in Boston, USA and a native of Galway. Horses are allowed on the beaches early in the morning during the summer and in the winter time. Common sense needs to prevail and permit multi safe use of the beaches. How would our ancestors feel if they heard the horse was being removed from the beaches. We fought and lost to have a free republic for everyone to enjoy. Work with the horse groups and sit down to discuss these matters.Flag

Name: Seamus O Flaherty on Nov 21, 2012Comments: a blanket ban is an unfair proposal because vets prescribe swimming in the sea as a treatment for bad tendons and joins in the same way that doctors prescribe it for humans .... If ye were to propose a reasonable solution like prohibiting horses from Certain blue flag beachesFlag
