NJ ACJC Director John Tonelli refuses to perform his duties. He does not conduct any investigations into a NJ Chancery judge that has awarded the entire proceeds of estates to specific "connected" law firms. This judge conducts not a singe plenary hearing or trial. She pretends to hold a trial, but does not let the all the parties know the real trial date, only to have a party loose their entire inheritance by default. Biased an understatement. Corrupt and connected. basically she has changed the terms of the Wills. How many more legal heirs per probated will have to illegally loose their rightful inheritance to connected law firms? Millions of dollars are due to legal heirs. This judge also on the record makes false and deflamatory statements about the heirs. John Tonelli does not investigate. He refuses. His has a "walk on water" attitude and does nothing. He must be fired and loose his NJ State pension and benefits because he is part of the cover up to defraud every legal heir.
