Comments: I Stayed in Negril many times, and while I was there we had visited a friend in the hospital...(1987) and they had to pay for toilet paper, bring own sheets, and pay for aspirin. This is a beautiful city with beautiful people they deserved so much more.

Comments: Contact the World Health Organization and ask about grant funding if the Jamaican government will not help. There should be a urgent care facility in all tourist areas. It really would not be safe for tourist if they know there's no medical facility in a tourist area. You might have clinics, but you need an emergency room attached to a hospital.
