The stories shared by the families of those lost in this tragedy are heartbreaking and only deepen my resolve to see justice served. I am currently reaching out to legal advocates to ensure this reckless negligence does not go unanswered by those in power.

Seeing this groundswell of support is deeply moving as it reminds me that I am not alone in mourning those stolen lives. This momentum proves that we will not allow the horrific loss of our young people to be swept under the rug.

The minister must go due to incompetency and nonchalant attitude towards the death of job seekers, for hardship caused to hundreds of thousands of young Nigerians, fraudulently obtaining money from unemployed people and inability to provide conducive environment for conducting the exercise despite all the resources available to him and payment received from the unemployed youths.
MInister of interior should bear responsibility for the death of these Nigerians particularly in the light of the reckless statement he made blaming the dead for the stampede.

“Moro said that over 526,650 persons nationwide applied for the recruitment and the security personnel deployed were adequate based on the number.” This man is a liar! See how vague he talks, over 526,650 not been exact if not known the exact figure how sure is he that the security personnel deployment was adequate? Let him tell us how many people he wanted to employ. You want to employ 4500 people but sold application forms to over five hundred thousand people, is this not enough criminality? Where is the National Assembly? On Saturday March 15, 2015 let it be on record that the government killed 16 Nigerian youth, Boko Haram killed 100 in Kaduna, then Fulanis killed 23 Tivs in Benue! The great Nigeria!
