NO NICOR RATE HIKE

Although I am not a homeowner, I don't think it is fair that the Illinois Commerce Commission allow this increase to happen. I don't think it is fair to those that pay their gas bill on time and have to be penalized by those who don't pay at all. Are you in agreement with me ??
