Name: Raymond P Finney on Mar 16, 2009Comments: In my youth I served in the US military. I no longer believe that military force solves anything. I have made several trips to Nicaragua. It is a beautiful coiuntry and people. The need is for just ecomonic development not military training and expenditures. Nicaraguan soldiers are friendly and polite not like some soldiers or police in other Central American countries. The EPS was a good predecessor to the EPN. Please cancel your participation in the SOA /WhinsecFlag
