It is fundamentally unfair that cuts made by the Government to NHS staff in England who are not receiving the cost of living 1% pay increase for 2014 are not affecting staff who work for NHS Scotland. The NHS in Scotland are paying their staff all pay increases whilst NHS England staff doing the same jobs are being paid less. It is an infringement of human rights to be treated differently for living south of the Scottish border.
