 - Are you tired of amount of noise outside 10 River Rd

 - Are you tired of seeing and hearing youths making unnecessary noise and fighting over ridiculous issues (e.g. Shaq vs. Kobe)?

 - Are you tired of being forced into listening to vulgarity?

 - Are you tired of not being able to let your windows open at night between 10pm and 5am because of such noise?

 - ARE YOU TIRED OF THINKING YOU HAVE NO CHOICE????

 - ARE YOU TIRED OF THESE THUGS/HOOLIGANS AND GANGS?

I am starting a petition to get rid of the noise that have been bothering residents of10River rd, due to the irresponsible and idle youths that make lives of responsible and caring families of 10 River Rd hard every day, especially during the night.

Please support my petition as I am targeting 100 signatures to present to the Roosevelt Island Public Safety Department to hopefully put a stop to this thuggish behavior that only exists within certain neighborhoods in NY.

Our beloved Roosevelt Island deserves much better than this; we can all make a difference.
