Mike Kensil, Dir. of Football Operations at National Football League should be investigated with regards to Deflategate. The investigation should investigate if he knowingly allowed for the New England Patriots to play with underinflated balls. If this is indeed the case, Mike Kensil has jeopardized the credibility of the NFL. If any unfair advantage is to be found it is due to the authorization by Mike Kensil. This as well brings the credibility of the NFL into question. The NFL shield should be defended against questions of credibility and no NFL executive should be above the rules of the game.The scope of the investigation of the league into Deflategate should also include this to accurately reflect fairness and impartiality. Mike Kensil, if found he allowed this to happen, should be disciplined in a manner consistent with the size of the damage to the NFL's credibility that has been caused by it.
