If they do, the undersigned demand that the companies employing sweatshops strive to transform them into factories that comply with the following: - No child labour under the age of 12 in the work place - Sanitation facilities available - Correct safety clothing to be worn for the machinery being operated - Regular safety checks - Workers paid a fair wage appropriate to the hours worked and the living costs of their area
