Basically, Marvel's New X-Men Omnibus has been out of print for almost 4 years or so...it is one of the most acclaimed modern Marvel runs from the hugely popular mind of Grant Morrison, and currently demands outrageous prices on the secondary market. The original printing of the book was done with glued binding, it would be nice to get a reprint for new fans who either weren't reading comics or couldn't afford the book at the time of its original release, because they were too young or whatever reason. Listen up Marvel.
