Disappointing given how much tax money seems to have been wasted on all sorts of useless things yet the basics of maintaining a school building has got overlooked. Good luck with the campaign.Flag

Name: Rube Bain on May 10, 2010Comments: I'm appalled at the way Wick (and Caithness in general) appear to have been marginalised, and have seemed to be on the periphery of the Highland Council's list of priorities and I believe it's gone on for many years too. It's made some of the emerging problems in Wick over the last 25 years, very hard to address. One of them is the renewal and re-invigoration of Wick's schools. Good luck to the campaign and although I don't live in Wick anymore, you never forget where you grew up, and I totally support this new school initiative.Flag

Name: Catherine Hunter on Sep 25, 2010Comments: I am disgusted at the state of the classrooms that teachers and pupils alike have to endure at Wick High School. I now stay in Glasgow and feel that Wick is 'out of sight out of mind' there would be an uproar if this was happening in any city school. I wrote to Alec Salmond and he said it was not in his control Passing the Buck yet againFlag
