    Comments: I am 100% behind a new Wick High School, it serves half the county of Caithness from the Ord at Berriedale to John O'Groats. The Pupils and the Teachers deserve modern/fit for purpose/descent facilities.

    Comments: to learn that WHS is in such a state, I am worrying now for when my children are due to go there in a few years - its a disgrace that the Education Department/Highland Council has let this building get into such a way - where do they spend their money - not on upkeep thats for sure !

    Comments: The teachers shouldn't have to work in an enviornment where things are falling to bits - and it is not good for the children either - where will they find any pride in attending the school

    Comments: I went to Wick High over 20 years ago, I was in it last night at a parents evening and although very little has changed and it still looks worn and grubby, it now has a construction site around it for repairs in operation. The whole thing looks unsightly and can't possibly be a very enjoyable or encouraging place for kids to study. I feel that Wick High has finally got young, enthusiastic and pro active Teaching Staff and Rector to bring it's attitudes as well as teaching practices and methods into the 21st century but the premises and its condition is shocking. There is money being pumped into this County from all angles for all sorts of different projects, why hasn't any significant improvement been given before now. This High School services our children for the entire North East Coast of the County and as far inland to Watten.

    Comments: I feel Wick High is in desperate need of a new build. The building is in such a state of poor repair that it is a danger to our kids. Something must be done.
