Name: Dorothy Ross on Mar 12, 2008Comments: I went to Wick High over 20 years ago, I was in it last night at a parents evening and although very little has changed and it still looks worn and grubby, it now has a construction site around it for repairs in operation. The whole thing looks unsightly and can't possibly be a very enjoyable or encouraging place for kids to study. I feel that Wick High has finally got young, enthusiastic and pro active Teaching Staff and Rector to bring it's attitudes as well as teaching practices and methods into the 21st century but the premises and its condition is shocking. There is money being pumped into this County from all angles for all sorts of different projects, why hasn't any significant improvement been given before now. This High School services our children for the entire North East Coast of the County and as far inland to Watten.Flag
