Name: Craig Campbell on Mar 11, 2008Comments: I remember the Art room being unbearably hot, and the state of disrepair was evident, even ten years ago. As for the swimming pool, the number of times I cut my feet was pretty high. Whilst the façade may be pleasing to the outside world, I completely support the view that a completely new school is needed.Flag

Name: Catherine Sutton (nee Bruce) on Mar 11, 2008Comments: It is so important that the future education of our children is set in a safe and healthy environment. When they are surrounded by decay and neglect on a daily basis, how can we expect them to take pride in their work and be enthusiastic about their studies. It is also hard for the teaching staff to keep their own and their pupils morale up when working in such conditions. It is paramount that continued provision is made for investment in our schools, ensuring that all pupils are given the opportunity to be proud of their school. This in turn will create a positive outlook for them and encourage them in both their education and extra curricular facilities that can be provided. This would then have a positive effect on the community as a whole. Well done to each and everyone of you and good luck with your campaign!Flag
