Comments: In our economic state, as a country and a community, being to offer jobs to a new group of individuals is always welcomed, in my mind. However, the bigger issue is the kingdom of God. We aren't talking about an non-peaceful gathering of people. This church will do things for the community that Walmart nor any other for-profit business can do. Allow them to use capitalism to complete this transaction. It is the righteous decision.

Comments: I think it is a great use of this property. Much better than the existing run down buildings. I think this new, brighter, better development will help the entire community and help revitalize this area of town. I also think another option for close by college students would be a positive for them too.
