Its about time that RamseyCounty gets in on some of the big money available, that comes with a new sports/entertainment arena! It might cost a bit with a raise in local taxes, but look at the money it will bring to the area. House prices will rise. New restaurants will open too. Plus, the very positive effect that tourists spending, will have in the north metro area. just saying...it could be a good thing, if we play our cards right!
