It is an outrage that an incidence of animal cruelty, abuse, and neglect had to reach such a magnitude to get the attention of the community. By posting this petition and this blog we are hoping to get support in changing the way animal control and the authorities in charge are conducting their investigations of matters like this. We hope to collect as many signatures as possible to present to the district attorney, before the next court date on May 12, 2010."People have choices, people have voices...the animals don't"
