This is a petition for the citizens of Newton County to request a dog park within the county limits. Dog parks create a safe environment for dogs and their owners to enjoy the outdoors and for dogs to socialized with others. The dog park will be fully enclosed on all sides, it will have adequate shade, water spigot, benches and swings, and an agility playground.
