Ok everyone this is the very first day of the petition. I know a lot of you are only familiar with Jensen and not with Escape from New York. The truth is that when I heard that they were remaking the film I was filled with dread believing that it would be downright awful. Kurt Russell could not be replaced!I am still apprehensive but I think that if New Line could secure Jensen for the role the film would maintain a lot of the spirit of the original. Supernatural fans who are familiar with Escape from New York will instantly understand why he would be a good fit for the role.So, unsure what else to do I started this petition.
