Save the Maindee and Stow Hill Libraries in Newport.

Libraries in Newport are under threat. The Council are considering closing the Maindee and Stow Hill Libraries to save a meagre £58,000. This is completely unacceptable - Newport needs these cornerstones of the community. Make the Council reconsider - make yourselves heard.
