Since New Pioneer Coop is not included in the development on Gilbert and College Streets, it is our hope that the members and Board will consider relocating or opening a new store in the Sycamore Mall, and that Sycamore Owners  (Core Realty Holdings Management) and City of Iowa City will deal favorably with New Pioneer in negotiations. The following petitioners agree that they would frequent New Pioneer Coop if it were located in the Sycamore Mall.
