To: Solebury Township Board of Supervisors We, the undersigned, request that you appeal the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's decision to permit New Hope Crushed Stone to dig an additional 50 feet deeper, to a total depth of 170 feet. As Township Supervisors, you have the authority and obligation to protect your citizens and we ask that you place the welfare of your citizens above the interests of a single business.
