A new local hospital in Molde has been planned for years and has broad popular and political support. Prime Minister Stoltenberg and two former health ministers have promised to start construction in 2012. The health boards have made several decisions that support construction of the New Molde Hospital on Eikrem. Contrary to all political promises and board decisions, the Minister of Health sent the case out on a desert journey and deferred construction earliest in 2018. This is irresponsible, a breach of promise and totally unacceptable ! The people require immediate approval of plans and construction of the New Molde Hospital as promised !
