The Curve 9360 is one of RIM's entry level smartphones which boasts ever charming looks with well rounded specs but lacks in its battery size for performance. its brother the 9320, boasts a larger battery size while being... cheaper. WE need to remind RIM from time to time that customer input matters too (much more) before what the investors think. I am sick of being treated like we have no say in this, ive seen members in Blackberry support forums post so much about these problems of the battery and not being heard (1500+ to be more accurate). Frankly, this is the case too with Crackberry members who owns 9360's. While the most widespread suggestion is to turn the network size to 2G to save battery, it is ridiculous as for some of us, a few reasons why we buy this phone is for the 3G. Please support us by signing this petition so that we can tell RIM that we're crying for excellence here too you know. Some of us (like me) have been with RIM for quite a while and are very disappointed to know that while the fate of the company publicly is going the wrong way, they should know that we have their backs financially IF they provide the correct support. This one being provided a good battery cause lets face it, the 9360's battery sucks. We know that the ever almighty BB10 is arriving soon (still 2+ more quarters though), but please please please PLEASE RIM, think about your current situation with the customers satisfaction rate. If your management is ever so open minded, and im sure they are, do consider making one for the 9790 and 9900 too.
