As a resident of the RM of Springfield Manitoba, I support the current plan by council to build a new recreation center as planned located by the new RM office. The 10 year planning stage should be ended and shovels should be in the ground as soon as financing has been secured through fundraising, the federal and provincial government and the RM itself.
