A letter from ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ of the United States of
America
A NEW DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE 1776-2012/13 TO SECEDE
FROM GOVERNMENT.
In definition, not secede and become our own country, but to
over throw the criminal Federal Government and form a new Government for the
Republic of the United States of America.
This Declaration of Independence is to preserve the 1st
Declaration of Independence and exercise it by declaring that ‘WE THE PEOPLE’
of the United States of America has the right and duty to over throw our
Federal Government of today for the charges of treason, murder, crimes against
humanity, destruction of this countries’ economic system, and violating the
sacred documents of the Constitution for the United States of America, the Bill
of Rights, and Declaration of Independence.
WE THE PEOPLE DECLARE!!!
That from this day forward, the Constitution for the United
States of America will be restored to its FULL POWER!!
No longer will the Federal Government of Washington, DC have the power to make
Unconstitutional Laws; no longer will their Federal Agencies have any
jurisdiction WHAT SO EVER on the American People or in the United States of
America! No longer will the United
States of America be associated and/or part of the United Nations, NATO, North
American Union, NAFTA, GAT, or any other foreign alliances. As President George Washington said in his
farewell address, “DO NOT JOIN ALLIANCES WITH OTHER NATIONS, DO NOT GET
INVOLVED AS AN EMPIRE”.
No longer will the FBI, CIA, NSA, IRS, TSA, ICE, Homeland Security, VIPER, or
ANY Federal Agency will be allowed or
have any jurisdiction to arrest, spy on, detain, search, investigate, or even
question a United States Citizen. Also
no longer will any Federal Agency and Military be allowed to set up check
points and exercise any of the above as stated.
ALL Federal funding will be cut from these agencies and will be shut
down/abolished BY ORDER OF THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! Any such violations will be met with severe
Consequences and force by the State’s National Guard, U.S. Military, and/or
State’s Militia Corp.
From this day forward ALL Internment Camps and prison
installations will be closed at once, any such use of these facilities on
American Citizens will be met with severe penalty and/or force.
No longer will ANY foreign Military be allowed to conduct
Military exercises, drills, or even police on American soil. If such foreign
military violates a United States Citizen, they will be met with severe
consequences and force by the State’s National Guard and/or States Militia
Corp. No longer will Government Agencies be permitted to the use of Drones on
American soil or violating another countries airspace unless in the event of
war. All United States Citizens have the
right to retaliate against a Drone in ANY WAY they see fit to protect their
privacy and security.
Such for American Armed Forces, Posse Comitatus will be
restored at once. The Sheriffs will be
granted their powers back as they will become the law of the land and Not State
or Federal law enforcement. All United States Military bases, installations,
etc. will be closed immediately, as removing every soldier from foreign duty
and returning them back to the States immediately. Former U.S. Military bases
and new ones will be opened to secure our nation and its boarders. No longer
will our Military be stationed anywhere outside U.S. soil unless for the
purpose of war.
All wars, conflicts, etc. will be stopped due to being
Unconstitutional.
All Secret Societies, The Council on Foreign Relations,
Tri-Lateral Commission, Bilderberg Group, Bohemian Grove, secret meetings,
shadow Government will be no longer permitted to exercise or function, or be
allowed to exist in any way on American soil, any and ALL members or partakers
will be in violation of the Logan Act and other Constitutional laws and charged
with Treason.
Longer will the United States of America be part in ANY way
of the Federal Reserve or ANY offshore bank.
From this day forward WE THE PEOPLE will impose a new currency backed by
our own Gold. ALL foreign aid will be cut completely immediately.
NO longer will Unconstitutional Laws such as the Patriot
Act, HR 647, NDAA 2012, John Warner National Defense Act, Healthcare, or ANY
law or tax that violates the U.S. Constitution be in power, for the
Constitution declares that ANY law that is repugnant to the Constitution is NULL
IN VOID! The Constitution trumps all
laws!
From this day forward, all American Citizen’s will be
allowed to fully exercise the 2nd Amendment as WE THE PEOPLE lift
all gun bans at once! Any American
Citizen from this day forward will be allowed to carry a firearm without A
PERMIT OR PERMISSION from State & Federal command unless he/she is a
convicted felon and after they pay their depths back to society, they will be
granted the right to carry again. The 2nd
Amendment SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!
No longer will Geo-engineering, the use of space based
weapons, Chemtrails, etc. is allowed over U.S. Airspace and on U.S. Soil as WE
THE PEOPLE approve of HR 2977 The Space & Preservation Act. In the event of
spraying Chemicals in United States Airspace, the Civilian and/or Air National
Guard, Air force will give one warning, then if needed to; shoot down such
aircraft for this is an act of war, crimes against humanity.
No longer will GMO foods, Aspartame, High Fructose Corn
Syrup, Corn Sugar, ANY un-natural food or sugar, the use of Fluoridation in
water supply and any product including dental be allowed, as WE THE PEOPLE now
outlaw such use of this poison. Companies such as Monsanto & like Companies
will be closed immediately and trialed for crimes against humanity.
All educational institutions such as public schools,
universities, etc. Will be re-organized and re-formatted to teach the Citizens
of the United States of America real history and rid the educational systems
from propaganda and indoctrination New World Order tactics.
No longer will the Democratic & Republican Corporate
Parties be allowed in politics in ANY way from this day forward as ‘WE THE
PEOPLE’ is banning such Parties.
From this day forward, the Council of Governors, Super
Congress will be abolished at once. ‘WE
THE PEOPLE’ also will elect all new Senators, all new Congressmen, a New
President and so on. ANY and all Federal
Politicians are here by removed from Authority and their seat.
The following Administrations will be here by arrested for
crimes against humanity, treason, and violation of the U.S. Constitution and
endangerment on the Citizens of the United States of America. Bush
Administrations, Clinton Administration, Obama Administration. This includes the Administrations Presidents
as well.
Barak Obama & his Administration is here by striped of
his/their seats, and is no longer the President of the United States of
America. As ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ over throw such Government and restore the former
Republic under the Constitution of the United States of America.
No longer will the 50 States of the Union & United
States of America be under the control of this United Nations controlled
government. ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ of the
United States of America hereby declare war against the New World Order to
restore freedom and the Constitution of the United States of America back to
the Republic.
‘WE THE PEOPLE’ by power of the Constitution of the United
States of America and the Declaration of Independence hereby remove the current
Federal Government of all its powers and authority over the land of the United
States of America.
Lands that are controlled and owned by the United Nations or
ANY foreign company or Nation on American soil will be herby confiscated by ‘WE
THE PEOPLE’.
The United Nations Agenda 21 program with its sustainability
projects, its eugenics plans, etc. will be outlawed on U.S. soil; no longer
will the Republic of the United States of America be associated in ANY way with
the United Nations as we declare our separation from this tyrannical Alliance
called the United Nations and ANY foreign alliance. The United Nations Head
Quarters in New York City will be removed at once and property confiscated and
returned to the United States of America. Same for any other foreign property on
American soil. Any foreign diplomat on American soil will be removed of its
above law privileges.
