   Comments: This is a great idea and is so badly needed here in the Santa Ynez Valley! I will do whatever I can to further this Class 1 Bicycle Trail along the Santa Ynez River on the south side between Alisal Road and Santa Rosa Road, because it is in the community's best interest!

    Comments: I'm interested in this reasons of safety. This hill leaving Solvang has a narrow shoulder and it's hard to see cicylists in the shadows near the large trees.
