This petition is to gain signatures supporting the fundingand construction of a paved bike path connecting Buellton to Solvang along the Santa Ynez River bed. The path would beginin Solvang at Alisal Rd and connect into Buellton at Ave Of The Flags. This path would be a flat paved surface providing SAFE access for people to walk or ride their bikes away from the busy Hwy 246 along a serene and beautiful shoulder above the Santa Ynez River Bed. This path would have little to no environmental impact on the area and provide a much safer way for people to ride their bikes to and from Buellton and Solvang.
