This petition is for Alpharetta City Council to consider purchasing the six acre property at 495 North Main Street and building a park for the surrounding communities. This park would increase the green space available in Alpharetta and would be within walking distance to Downtown Alpharetta. This project would also be a better use of the property than a Goodwill or other retail outlet that is not consistent the surrounding properties and neighborhoods.
