We believe that in the modern age of several big websites circulating a large percentage of the internet's resources and the internal economy within, that there needs to be more accountability, and that the shareholders of these websites should pay a little more to benefit the United States from which most of them reside. Whether to lower our deficit, improve infrastructure, create jobs, or any of the other benefits of a surplus. Every website owner or holder should have to pay a tax of one cent per unique IP that visits their website every month. If they fail to pay the fee, their website may become shut down, or seized by local or federal government and become a national website.
