But there are only 5 rating options - 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 stars. What if you feel a film doesn't deserve any stars? What if you're ambivalent - 2 stars indicates distaste, 3 stars indicate that you enjoyed it. There's no middle ground!

For film buffs, this is a highly annoying issue with a simple solution! If you allowed ratings from 0-5 stars, including half-stars, you'd have 11 rating options instead of 5. This would allow for more accurate ratings and more accurate recommendations for loyal Netflix customers.
