After the Fukushima nuclear earthquake/meltdown horrific combo, once the city gets cleaned up, the city should be renamed NeoFukushima, because we need a city with "Neo" in the title, and lets face if, if Tokyo was the one with the disaster, it would've been called NeoTokyo.
