On behalf of all Subdivisions in North Carolina whose water resources are managed by AQUA this petition is to oppose another AQUA NC waste water fee increase. Aqua filed a notice with the NC Utilities commission on Nov 19th indicating they will be seeking another rate increase. (See NC Utilities Commission docket - W-218). We are filing complaints with the commission and trying to get petitions signed and make a lot of noise on this to be heard.
