To create a vehicle that exceeds the HIGHEST limitations of the law and put these vehicles in the hands of young and inexperienced drivers seems to me to be the epitome of irresponsibility .
I have read all the excuses from this is America to that is free enterprise. None of those excuses bring back a deceased loved one. Crotch Rocket riders are 4x more likely to die in a crash! http://www.michiganautolaw.com/auto-lawyers-blog/2012/02/16/crotch-rockets-death-rates/ These types of vehicles should be restricted to tracks and courses and/or have govenors placed on them when used on public roadways.
