How ever the city has the east end of town zone Mineral extraction this type of zoning is protected for the purpose of gravel or mining so to protect future investor on minimal cost they don't allow any new building or business what is there is there! Well we don't want to put buildings we just want to rent lots so people can enjoy a safe and fun place to go camping! and to open this campground we must re-zone. We must show that there is a demand for a campground. We have a 160 acres of property next to Pit Lake in german township we are cornered to Kettles lake provincial property.
