We, the undersigned, request that you consider making the ROCK the RIDGE benefiting LIVESTRONG race an NECS Points Qualifying Event in 2011. We understand that, generally, EFTA does not allow this for a first-year event, however, as we know this will become an annual event, it will encourage more racers to register and participate, and the course is challenging enough, we feel it will add value to the 2011 race season.

EFTA has not been in the State of Connecticut for some time, and given the visibility this race will have as a points-qualifying event, we feel it will also encourage potential members in Connecticut to join us in the future for other EFTA events throughout New England.
