| 878 | monika | schween | Dear Sirs/Mesdames,
Charles Anthony Neales did not receive a fair trial, when he was identified contradictingly.
His lawyer was ineffective.
Their are questions about his jury, as far as I have understood these were only white people, which is unfair and unconstitutional.
I trust this will be mended.
Sincerely |

not as important as Saddam's?
God bless you Anthony, nobody can kill your soul! |

| 896 | Nancy | Demers | Please grant a stay of execution for Anthony. I believe he deserves a retrial based on what I've read about his case and an innocent man will die for a crime he didn't commit! |
| 897 | Rueben | Amofa | Upon reading the facts, I don't think that Charles Nealy was granted a fair trial. I pray to God that justice will dawn upon the so-called JUDISCIAL system and make it live it up to it's name. |
| 898 | Karen | SIngleton | |
| 899 | Maiken | Liefeith | A retrial is necessary and just---killing is not! |
| 900 | Heike | Randle | Surely if there is any doubt at all it should be checked out before killing someone off. And killing someone just because a lawyer has made a mistake is just digusting and totally understandable and seems to be happening often. This should stop. Treating people fair should be No1 concern of every judge and govenor. There is no doubt that there are too many open questions in this case and Mr Nealy should have at least a new trial. |
