The petition

Our attention has been drawn to the continued lack of Representation for Ndokwa/Ukwuani indigenes of Delta State at the House of Representatives due to the protracted litigation between the looser, Mrs. Mercy Almona-Isei and the winner Chief Charles Onyekweli and also in like manner, the continued lack of representation for Ukwuani LGA indegenes of Delta State at the Delta State House of Assembly due to the dissentious conducts of the former member representing Ukwuani at the DTHA who has been frustrating the swearing in of Dr. Alphonsus Ojo not minding the fact that he was made a commissioner in the Uduaghan government. This petition is with the view of expressing our collective displeasure of not having any representative to cater for our interest at both the house of representative and Delta State House of Assembly for over 2 months while declaring that we want both men sworn in immediately. The information gathered from this petition will be collated and sent to the necessary government authorities as part of our efforts to get the ruling government to call whoever is responsible for these anomalies to order. E-Signatories will be collated on October 2, 2008. Please endeavour to sign before October 2, 2008. Spread the word around to every Ndokwa/Ukwuani person you know.
