The purpose of this petition is to address both the voting process which does not allow it members to be a part of the process and appointment of a person that has not been visible or viable in the Orient level. The top three factors that should determine the replacement of someone in leadership should be their abilities not to lead and motivate that reflects not meeting their agreed upon goals not a personal agenda that a person has to get even. I have always worked in our Masonic Family with the attitude of always doing "What good for the Order". I do not believe that the replacement of our current Deputy of the Orient or replacing him with someone that has not been visible or viable in our Orient meet the above attitude of "Doing What Good for the Order".
