This petition is to demand that EA Sports in their future NCAA Football games bring back the disciplinary action feature to their game, as well as some other modified but related features as such which follow:

Whereas, an introduction of in dynasty mode and online dynasty mode a requirement before the start of game, an action is required where you choose disciplinary action for possible players that got in trouble.

Whereas, sanctions are placed on your and any school that fails to meet disciplinary standards in dynasty and online dynasty mode. i.e. loss of scholarships, bowl ban, conference championship ban, post season ban etc etc. (maybe leave sanctions up to commissioner instead of generated computer results?)

Whereas, an introduction to recruiting in dynasty and online dynasty mode, a news feature that talks about the individual player, i.e. john smith was player of the game, john doe was arrested for assault, etc. etc. Coaches know what type of person they are recruiting, not just what type of player. This will be significant with disciplinary action as well as the possible sanctions for failing to act accordingly.

Whereas, an introduction to dynasty and online dynasty mode, negotiation in coaching contracts in the subject of years and salary is negotiable. Whereas, an introduction to dynasty and online dynasty mode, as a head coach, players can hire and fire their assistant coaches and have more flexibility in choosing who they want. This can be done as an added offseason feature, first done by having a pool of coaches to view who is available while at the same time firing who you want or renewing contracts. Then secondly choosing from a pool of coaches much like in recruiting who to hire, who's interested. Who's really not interested.

This petition's main focus is to bring back the disciplinary action feature, as well as the recruiting improvements and real sanctions on schools. We have listed from most to least important. We love our college football, and we enjoy these games. But we still do not think these games are the best they can be or reflect the world of college football correctly. These improvements to the game, we believe will vastly improve the experience of the game and mimic the real scenario.
